A fabulous afternoon was had by all of the visitors and pupils at the school on Monday 1st February. The talented pupils from Primary 1 to Primary 7 presented an assembly on St. Brigid, including music on the tin whistle and a dramatization of the story of St. Brigid, followed by tea and refreshments and the making of St. Brigid's day crosses. Irish music played on the flute by Eimear Boggs, created a lovely relaxed atmosphere. Members of the wider school community also enjoyed stories and letters written by and read by the younger pupils about what their Grandparents mean to them.
