Here at St. Brigid's December was a very busy month. Our children exhibited their handmade Christmas logs at the Christmas Craft Fair in the new community centre. Well done boys and girls! We also enjoyed our annual Christmas dinner sporting our Christmas jumpers to help us get into the Christmas Spirit.
The PTA organised and participated in a bag pack at ASDA raising almost £750. Thank you to all the parents who volunteered their time. To finish off the month of December P1/2 showcased 'The Sleepy Shepherd,' and P3-P7 'The Inn-Spectors.' The children thoroughly enjoyed performing on the stage in the new community centre with lights/sounds effects. The crowd was a testament to the community spirit in Mountfield. A massive £1900 was raised through our raffle. Thank you to all who supported and contributed in anyway to these events.
Thank you to all staff, teaching and non-teaching, the PTA and MCA who all contributed to all of our successes in December.
