St Brigid's & Grandparents Celebraions
This morning we were delighted to welcome our grandparents, parents and special people in our lives to our school assembly. Our Year 1/2 reminisced about life in 1942 with a little drama and song. The children from Year 3 - 7 reminded us about the importance of our grandparents, how grandparents love us very much;
they want us to be the best we can be and are proud of all that we do. That they teach us wisdom, lessons that we might not learn in school, about faith and how to pray and trust in God that all will be well. The morning was finished of be remembering the patron saint of our school St. Brigid with prayer, song, tin whistle playing and traditional cross making.
We thank everyone who contributed to making today a success.
