Thai Art

On Tuesday 29^th September, the boys and girls from St Brigid’s were involved in a creative workshop delivered by Thai artist Chanida Cassidy and An Creagán Arts Officer Martin Cassidy. The children had the opportunity to design beautiful umbrella and fans, a traditional item to the Thai culture. The workshop was part of our “Community Relations Week” celebrations, were we gained a valuable insight into the Thai heritage and customs.
